Grundy is open Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 5pm for exhibitions and closed to the public on Sunday and Monday.

GETTING TO GRUNDY
Travel to Blackpool North train station. Grundy is a 5 minute walk from the station.
IMPORTANT TRAVEL NOTICE:
From 11 November 2017 – 25 March 2018 the train line between Preston and Blackpool North will be closed.
The line between Preston and Blackpool South will be closed from 11 November 2017 - 29 January 2018.

On Foot, from the Town Centre:
From North Pier, continue northerly along the promenade and turn right into Queen Street.
The gallery is situated between Central Library and the pay-and-display car park. We are just 5-8 minutes walk away from North Pier, the Winter Gardens, Tower.
Directions from the M55: At the end of the M55 keep in the nearside lane and follow signs for Blackpool Squires Gate (SQ. Gate)/Starr Gate. Then follow brown tourist signs for South Promenade. Upon reaching Starr Gate/The Promenade, turn right onto the Promenade and continue past Blackpool Tower to the Metropole Hotel, situated on the Promenade beside North Pier (the third of the piers encountered from this direction). Turn right down Springfield Road then turn right down Abingdon Street. Take the first exit, turning left, at the
mini-roundabout. Grundy is situated beside Central Library on Queen Street.
There is a pay and display car park next to the gallery on Queen Street, and a multi-storey pay-on-exit car park at the end of Queen Street. There is also parking for disabled badge holders on Queen Street.
There is wheelchair access to all the ground floor galleries. Guide and assistance dogs are welcome. There is parking for disabled badge holders on Queen Street, and in the car park situated beside the gallery.

Grundy welcomes group visits and there are various two main ways in which you can visit the gallery as a group; for free, or to book a private tour with our Curatorial or Engagement team.
Self-led group visits to Grundy are free but it is important that groups of 10 or more book their visit in advance so that we can accommodate your group. To book a group visit please call +44 (0)1253 478170 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
The maximum group size for self-led visits is 60 people. If you are planning to visit the Grundy in a large group, please divide into smaller groups of 20 for your visit and contact the gallery prior to your arrival.
